Life can be a struggle at times. What does it really mean to, “live your best life?” I am talking about the adulting stressors that can get us all bogged down such as; paying bills, going to work, looking good, staying physically healthy, and preventing ourselves from going off on those people who like to try our patience. A lot of times we struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. As humans, this can add extra weight to these matters which causes us to fall into an even deeper hole.
The Purple Couch provides a non-judgmental, chill space to process some of the things that weigh us down in life and pull us out of our flow. There is nothing wrong with seeking help with a clinically, licensed, trained professional to assist with gaining perspective and insight. In fact, seeking out help to manage our minds is the first step to a deeper level of self-love.
