Life can be a struggle at times. What does it really mean to, “live your best life?” I am talking about the adulting stressors that can get us all bogged down such as; paying bills, going to work, looking good, staying physically healthy, and preventing ourselves from going off on those people who like to try our patience. A lot of times we struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. As humans, this can add extra weight to these matters which causes us to fall into an even deeper hole.
Purple Couch Therapy’s mission is to provide a chill, creative, dope soul therapy to indigenous, Black, and bodies of culture. From individuals, couples, and communities, we create a vibe of no-code switching so we can define what healing looks like for us.
